Interviews & talk shows
In a long interview, the answer people remember often comes after plenty of build-up. Pickin finds those moments in the transcript, frames whoever is speaking and leaves the choice of what to post with you.

Between the wide shot, the host and the guest, a manual vertical crop has to track every change of speaker. Get it slightly wrong and the clip shows the person listening.
A badly cut interview clip can make a guest say something they didn't mean. You need control over where it starts and ends, and a chance to check the captions before anything goes out.
Paste the YouTube link or upload the file (MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM or MKV, up to 2 GB). Pickin transcribes it, with many languages supported.
You get up to 20 clips, each with a score. Use the score to sort, not to decide: keep the answers that stay true to what your guest meant.
In the Studio, move the start and end, fix a caption line or nudge the framing. Then publish now, or schedule to YouTube Shorts and TikTok from the calendar.
Vertical reframing follows the person talking, guest or host. When the whole set matters, fit mode keeps the full picture in frame.
Several animated caption styles, karaoke among them, and caption translation for viewers who don't speak the language of the interview.
Suggested titles and opening lines for each clip, plus an optional teaser. Take what helps and leave the rest.
After posting, views, likes and other figures come back per clip from TikTok and YouTube, so you can see which guests and topics land.
Pickin suggests long videos to clip next, based on the creators your workspace already clips. Handy when you cut for several interview channels.
Add the interview as a YouTube link or a video file. Pickin transcribes it and suggests up to 20 vertical, captioned clips with scores. You then publish or schedule the ones you keep to TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
It follows the person speaking. If a shot isn't right, correct the framing in the Studio before export, or switch to fit mode to keep the whole image.
Technically, a YouTube link is all Pickin needs. Posting clips from a show you don't own requires permission from whoever holds the rights, and getting it before anything goes live is up to you.
Not yet. Direct publishing and scheduling work today for YouTube Shorts and TikTok. Instagram is coming soon but isn't available at the moment.
Create one workspace per channel or client. Each has its own connected accounts, brand kit and videos, so clips don't end up on the wrong account. Credits are shared across all your workspaces.
Run one through Pickin and see which answers it brings up. The free plan is enough to get a feel for it.
